The Success for All Foundation (SFAF) is a non-profit educational organization committed to enabling every child to read and succeed. It was founded in 1987 by Dr. Robert Slavin and Dr. Nancy Madden, who were both working as researchers at Johns Hopkins University.

With their passion to improve education for students from disadvantaged circumstances, they turned basic research into comprehensive programs designed to guide kids into unlocking their fullest potential. The SFAF is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.

Success for all
hong kong (2004-2011)

The Success for All program was introduced to Dr. Jenny Chan in the early 2000s through a collaborative research project. Because of the effectiveness of the program, Jenny founded Success for All Hong Kong (SFAHK) in 2004, and opened 4 learning centers to offer the program to Hong Kong students.

The philosophy and objectives of SFAHK were aligned with the mission, vision, and values of the Success for All Foundation USA— that every child can and will learn, although not always in precisely the same ways.” SFA programs were designed to provide the full array of activities and support that will help every child reach his or her fullest potential.
